Welcome to the Sandy Creek Tip-Off Booster Club! This form is for athletes interested in the Sandy Creek basketball program for the 25-26 school year.
Please include information for all athletes and parent/guardians below. Joining this page allows you to receive news and updates on events relevant to the upcoming season, such as summer schedules, pre-workouts, and more. After tryouts (October 2025), athletes who become members of our team(s) will be transitioned to the ateam member portion of the Boosterhub which allows access to season schedules and more.
